Well some of you might know that I am a writer. Haven't had anything published except a poem titled "Dear Sir". It isn't because I've been rejected by publishers or anything, but because I've been fighting with my own imaginary creations. You would think you would be able to have control over you own mind.Instead my has been held hostage. I've been writing one book for about 20 years now. I started it in eighth grade. The problem was not with the plot, but the fact that the characters kept changing on me. Lucky me, I have a stubborn and opinionated imagination. Lately though the imagination board has decided to give me a break. Not only am I having a terrifyingly easy time of writing the story, but now my IN box for ideas are flooding into my brain. I now get to sleep with at least three notebooks and a pen in case a wayward muse decides to whack me over the head with a good idea. I'm not complaining, I swear, even though I now have six notebooks scattered all over the place in a disorganized mess. I'm happy the board finally did something besides debate. The down side to this is when someone asks me what I did for the day I forget they mean in reality and start talking about how I fictiously ended a characters life or how another one was playing with spiders while talking about sociopaths. Luckily most give me time to explain that no I really did not kill someone and no I don't play with spiders. Others just slowly back away. Hopefully I will finish at least one project soon before the imagination board decides to go into debate mode again or whacks me with another idea.
